Obama Not Doing Enough ... To Bailout Tinpot Dictators
Via Fox News...
Fidel Castro says the Obama administration did not go far enough in softening sanctions, and criticized it for leaving in place the embargo that bars most trade and travel between the two countries.
Funny. I thought he was doing too much. Foolish me.
You know, there is one way I would support lifting the embargo on Cuba. Overthrow Fidel's dictatorship and make it a state. Don't the Cuban people deserve the blessings of liberty, too?
...oh, wait. I forgot. We're struggling to keep the blessings of liberty ourselves. After all, who are we to judge ol' Fidel when our government is sustained by 50% tax rates?
...which is really why Obama is okay with lifting sanctions. There isn't much of a difference between the two regimes, anyway.
