What, No Spy Boat?

China says U.S. navy ship was breaking law
China said a U.S. naval vessel was conducting illegal surveying off its southern island of Hainan, a Hong Kong television website reported on Tuesday, after the Pentagon said Chinese ships had harassed the vessel in international waters.
Have the MSM missed the boat on this one?
Last time this happened, the MSM couldn't wait to blame the evil U.S.A. for spying on China. Is it that a Republican was in office the last time this happened? Is it that the Obamessiah is in office this time? Or are the MSM biased toward water-going vessels?
