Milton Friedman, In Memoriam

Milton Friedman, Nobel prize winner for economics, and noted libertarian has passed away.

In his honor, I present an episode of Open Mind in which Mr. Friedman provides a persuasive argument for limited government. In fact, this Google Video claims it's "the best case for limited government ever made."

With all due respect to Mr. Friedman, I beg to differ with the Google Video's statement that this is the best case for limited government ever made. Ronald Reagan's 'A Time For Choosing' is, without a doubt, the best case for limited government ever made. Not only does Mr. Reagan provide a passionate, persuasive argument, he also deals with issues of foreign policy, eleven years before Mr. Friedman's episode of Open Mind was filmed.

And so, also in Mr. Friedman's honor, I present Ronald Reagan's 'A Time For Choosing'...
