He Who Volunteers Is Rich
It doesn't take much to see through this, so I'll be brief.
Regarding Charlie Rangel's introduction of legislation to reinstate the draft...
Those who love this country have a patriotic obligation to defend this country," Rangel said. "For those who say the poor fight better, I say give the rich a chance."
He who volunteers is rich.
