Supreme court considers outlawing Troksger trucks
The supreme court was embroiled in heated discussion today over whether or not to outlaw trucks manufactured by the widely known Troksger motor company.
The issue at hand was the wide use of Troksger trucks to transport stolen and other illegal goods throughout the U.S. Justices argued whether allowing companies to sue Troksger would hinder insterstate commerce by making it exceedingly costly to manufacture transportation vehicles in the U.S.
Garter C. Philips, counsel of record for Americans for Tax Reform argued...
Phil Wisher, attorney representing Troksger motor company was quoted as saying...
Regardless of the outcome, it still won't be legal to possess otherwise illegal goods transported by Troksger trucks, though millions of consumers do so every day. Also, any ruling won't affect thousands of lawsuits filed against individuals for the acquisition and possession of illegal goods transported in Troksger trucks.
- Michelle Malkin is in on the secret.
- St Wendeler at ARC thinks Troksger should shutdown U.S. based operations and head overseas.
- Brian J. thinks Michelle Malkin wants to disband interstate highways.
- Marcus Aurelius discusses vehicular security.
